KitPlus Show takes the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff as the upper most priority and are working with both MediaCityUK and Salford Council's Safety Action Group (SAG) to deliver an event that exceeds all local and national guidelines and advice in terms of Covid-19.

The KitPlus Show is an independent, FREE to attend event in MediaCityUK, Salford and Shoreditch, London each year and this year the event will have additional measures in place to create a safe and enjoyable environment for attendees, exhibitors and staff.

KitPlus Show is not dependent on national restrictions moving to step 4 and is being held within England’s current Covid rules and guidelines and approved by Salford City Council Safety Action Group and MediaCityUK.

Just some of the Covid measures in place at the show will include:-

  • Track & Trace
  • Sanitisation stations
  • Face masks whilst roaming indoors
  • Social distancing
  • Home print badges
  • Spacious indoor exhibit area with open doors
  • Dedicated seminar level with spacious seating
  • One way systems
  • Outside exhibits
  • Outside cafĂ© & networking area
  • Covid trained staff to control numbers and any crowding issues.
  • Additional venue cleaning throughout the day by dedicated staff
  • The KitPlus Show will also be using EF Infection Control to apply their Sanitize 360 mist spray to the venue before opening that remains active on surfaces for up to 60 hours. For more information please take a look at our event plan here.

Event plans are normally for internal use only but we feel it is right to share this working document with you. Please be aware this document will change as we approach the event date and as advice also changes we will be providing updates.

The event plan encompasses our H&S policy and how the event will run with approval from the local authority and venue management.
